When it comes to Victoria’s Secret I usually wander around the shop browsing but rarely purchase anything. This all changed however when I popped in last week to purchase some fragrances for a colleague with absolutely no intention to buy anything for myself.
I was blown away by the sheer number of fragrances and couldn’t help but give them a little sniff as I browsed the shelves. One in particular caught my eye, but still I wasn’t completely sold. I spritzed some on my wrist before I headed up to the 1st floor, still convinced I was purely there to purchase the items I was asked for. And then it happened. I kept getting dream-like wafts of rich sweetened plums and slowly I was seduced (no pun intended!) by Pure Seduction, a rich blend of red plum and freesia.
Being of limited currency I held off and initially left with just the items I’d gone in there for, but as the day progressed I still couldn’t get the sweet scent out of my head so popped back in to purchase a bottle of both the Fragrance Mist and their Eau de Toilette.
At just $12 each they were an absolute bargain and my only regret is that I didn’t buy back ups for the inevitable moment when I’ve used them both up. When the time comes I might have to venture to the London store in the hope that they also stock the VS Fantasies Body Range.
