Foodie Friday: Morrocan turkey with cous cous and flatbread

Inspired by the wonderful birthday presents I received yesterday I’ve decided to do a weekly food post.

So without further ado let me introduce tonights meal.

Morrocan turkey with mint, chilli and lemon cous cous. Admittedly this was meant to be morrocan lamb, but one sniff of the lamb in our fridge convinced us to tweak the recipe slightly.
