When I heard about Walk to Work week I jumped at the chance to get involved. Admittedly it may have had something to do with the offer of a free pedometer and a voucher for a muffin and a hot drink, but still, that’s not the point.
So as of 2pm I clipped on and have been striding everywhere to the steady click click of my trusty new friend. As of 8pm I had walked in excess of 8,000 steps.
